Refund Policy

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW + REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds once purchase has been completed for any of our weekly regular scheduled in studio classes, donation based classes or special events.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We do not inccur additional fees should you need to cancel at any time.  We do offer the option to reschedule you to a different class day/time pending class size availability with at least 2 hours notice of original class booking. 

 

NO SHOWS:

We do not charge a no show fee but we will not reschedule you to a different class without at least 2 hours notice of your original scheduled class time. 

 

EVENTS: 

In regards to event purchases those are also non-refundable as these are used immediately to support the planning and prepping process of the events. We are responsible for paying our venues + vendors for your space regardless of whether you join once booked. Similar to our class policy your event purchase can be used towards a different event or equal value of weekly classes should you be unable to join our event. We require at least 2 days notice of scheduled event in order to reschedule you to a future event or equivalent class purchase.
